This time Codelight is looking for a qualified PM with proven experience to join a great team with the aim of improving the daily processes of software development. Be responsible for organizing strategic programs and activities in multiple work groups.
You will be tasked with developing programs to support the strategic direction of the organization, as well as creating and managing long-term goals.
Work in an enterprise-wide environment that supports projects by driving planning, timing, and reporting to ensure program commitments are met.
Coordinate and align efforts and schedules across management-managed teams.
Support program planning and tracking of goals, scope, resources, budget, schedule, dependencies, and reporting of progress against goals.
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
Continued development of program-level governance and process documentation to ensure quality, consistency, and transparency.
Drive execution of plans and enforce accountability by key stakeholders.
Drive alignment and compliance with standards and program direction.
Proactively remove barriers to efficient execution of deliverables and formulate mitigation plans to address program risks.
Produce metric-based reports to represent program status, risks, dependencies, and actions, deliver executive-level presentations.
Instill a sense of urgency and mutual responsibility within project teams to achieve goals.
Facilitate the resolution of change management, problems and risks at the program level.
We are looking for someone with skills in:
Certified in PMP (not exclusive).
Availability Full-Time (not exclusive)
Proven experience managing projects/programs in multiple parts of an organization.
Very good organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow through.
Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing. (not exclusive)
